Summit 53 Arts is the brain child of professional dancers Dana Richardson and Houston Gordon. The duo wanted to establish an arts center that would offer more to the community than just entertainment. The result is a non-profit organization that provides a place of healing through the arts.
Our Story
Summit 53 Arts was established with the idea that connection to the arts can provide healing. Named after the 53rd highest mountain in the US, Pikes Peak, we strive to cultivate an environment where artists can share their unique talents, and community members can come together to experience the transformative power of the arts. Our programs aim to inspire the next generation of artists, while also offering therapeutic benefits to individuals through art therapy programs.
